SANDRA McKINZIE Sandra Pauline McKinzie, age 69, of Versailles, Missouri, passed away Monday, May 18, 2020 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital, Jefferson City, Missouri. She was born April 6, 1951 in Versailles, Missouri, a daughter of Charles Edward and Berbia Mae (Huff) Davenport. On August 18, 1973 in Versailles, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Walter Claire McKinzie. Together they shared the past forty-six years of marriage. Sandra was a life-long resident of Morgan County, Missouri, having lived in Laurie and Versailles. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and flowers. Survivors include her husband, Walter McKinzie of the home; three daughters, Kat McKinzie of Laurie, Missouri, Michelle McKinzie of Versailles, Missouri and Jessica Gerster and husband Ryan of St. Joseph, Missouri; a grandson, Braden McKinzie; her siblings, Hershal Davenport, Charles Davenport and Ruby Davenport all of Versailles, Missouri and David Davenport of St. Joseph, Missouri and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, Evelyn Sue Davenport and James Edward Davenport. Graveside services and burial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Versailles Cemetery.
