LISA DAVIDSON Lisa Michelle Davidson, age 55, of Versailles, Missouri, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 at University Hospital, Columbia, Missouri. She was born May 27, 1966, in Kansas City, Missouri, a daughter of Louis and Wilma (Hulse) Brady. On September 3, 2011 in Pinal County, Arizona, she was united in marriage to Tim Doyle Davidson. Together they shared the past ten years of marriage. Lisa was raised in Kansas City, Missouri and moved to Arizona after she and Tim married. In 2015, they made the Lake of the Ozarks their home. She was an end-of-life caregiver as her vocation. She enjoyed helping other people, playing games, gardening and picking flowers. The simple things of life made her happy such as walking along the creek and sitting in a field watching fireflies with her husband. Spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, brought her joy. Survivors include her husband Tim D. Davidson of the home; her mother, Wilma Mitchell of Versailles, Missouri; her children, Jamie Nelson of Independence, Missouri, Amanda R. Nelson of Kansas City, Missouri, Kirstin Dowell of Independence, Missouri, Benjamin Davidson of St. Louis, Missouri, Lalita Davidson of Versailles, Missouri and Christian Davidson of Versailles, Missouri; two grandchildren, Alyssa Buhrman and Sophia Nelson; a sister, Charlie Baldwin and husband Mike of Independence, Missouri; a half-sister, Valerie Brady of Colorado and a host of other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Brady and her stepfather, Lee Mitchell. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2022 at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A potluck gathering will be held immediately follow the service at the Versailles City Park for anyone who would like to attend. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.
