James Arron Capps

James Arron Capps, age 46, of Versailles, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017, at his home. He was born February 23, 1971, in Mountain View, Missouri, the son of Jimmy L. and Kathryn (Kinder) Capps. James worked in construction most of his life. In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to music and drawing cartoons. James was known for his quirky sense of humor, a vast knowledge of trivia and his storytelling. James graduated from Flour Bluff High School in Flour Bluff, Texas in 1989. He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Kathryn Capps of Versailles; his sons, Thurston James Capps and Walter Capps; his grandmother, Lula Capps of Versailles; his girlfriend, Angie Palmerin of the home and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Angie Capps Tinnin. A celebration of James’ life will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 24th, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles. Private family graveside services and inurnment will be held at a later date in the Versailles Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.
