Back to Obituaries Sign the Guestbook Sidebottom, Delores M. Delores M. Sidebottom, age 77, of Barnett, passed away Thursday morning, February 4, 2010 at her home. She was born October 5, 1932 near Barnett, MO, daughter of the late Owen Winfred and Gladys Fern McDow Cornett. She married Larence Noble Sidebottom on January 15, 1949 in Cedar City, MO, and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Sidebottom was retired from Cargill Inc. and a member of the First Baptist Church of Gravois Mills. She is survived by two daughters, Laura Wood and husband George, of Odessa, MO, and Linda Lietzke and husband Stephen, of Goodyear, AZ; two half-brothers, Malcom Cornett and Owen Junior Cornett of Ventura, CA; a half-sister, Charlotte Herrick of Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren, Barbara Lietzke, Erik Sargent, Mark Sargent, and Stephen Lietzke; two great grandchildren, Berkley and Hagan Sargent, many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Ernest Larry Sidebottom on December 21, 2009, and one brother Ernest Milton Cornett. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, February 6, in the West Lawn Addition of the Versailles Cemetery, with Rev. Ted Haynes officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.
